Shipping Information
We will ship to the United States and Canada. For Australia or Europe please contact us first and we'll see what we can do for you.
For pattern only purchases: you will have the option of a flat rate charge or a weight basis charge. Choose the shipping charge according to the quantity of patterns you are purchasing.
For mixed orders(fabrics + patterns or books), we offer flatrate envelope or flatrate box options.
We can fit about 5-6 yards of cotton fabric in a flat rate envelope to the United States.
**We can only fit about 3 yards of flannel in a flatrate envelope**
The small flatrate box can hold about 20 yards of cotton fabric. The larger flatrate box can hold about 30 yards.(**We can only fit about 15 yards of flannel in a small flatrate box or 20 yards of flannel in the larger flatrate box**)
IF WE CAN SHIP YOUR ORDER IN A LESS EXPENSIVE MANNER, WE WILL REFUND YOU THE DIFFERENCE ON THE SHIPPING CHARGES.
We never charge an extra handling fee!

Flat rate envelope to the U.S.
$4.95 * 4 FQ's are equal to 1 yard so please account for this when figuring which shipping method you choose.I can also only fit 1 kit into a flatrate envelope so if you order more than JUST one kit please use the flatrate box option.
*If I can't fit it into the envelope , I will not be able to use the flat rate option and will email you with the shipping cost for either Priority ,Flat rate box or First class mail, whichever you would prefer.

**Please be aware that shipping to Canada can take weeks, depending on how long your package is held up in customs, so please take this into consideration when ordering items that you need by a specific date***

RETURNS
Our customers are very important to us.We want you to be completely happy with your order.
We ship orders Monday through Friday,except for Holidays.
We will make every effort to ship your order within 2 business days and double check each order for accuracy.
If we have made a mistake we will be more than happy to correct it. We just ask that you please email or call us if you have any problems with your order. If the error was ours,or the merchandise is defective,we will pay for the return shipping. We are more than happy to issue a refund or a store credit,whichever you prefer.You must however, contact us before we accept any returns. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned.
No refunds on cut fabric less than 2 yards.
All sales are final after 30 days. If you decide you need to return an item, any return shipping will be paid by the customer. Merchandise must be returned in resellable condition.
